Lines lower High Blood Pressure

Do you or someone you know have high blood pressure? If so when cooking choose whole foods with lines; such as the celery (contains magnesium, potassium & glutamic acid) garlic (contains alicin ) onion (contains quercetin) shallots (contains allicin) leeks (contains allium ) #squash (contains glutamic acid, aspartic acid, alanine, lysine and leucine). All the vitamins minerals and amino acids in parenthesis above play a role in keeping your blood pressure low.

These foods are medicinal foods and by incorporating a combination of them into your daily diet cooked in coconut oil you may manage your high blood pressure from within, by eating, yes that’s right, by eating.

Best part is that since our bodies need to be filled with medium chain fatty acids from the coconut oil, you can use as much coconut oil as you wish to cook these veggies in. (Think onion rings made with coconut milk, coconut flour and coconut oil). The more coconut oil combined with these foods, the better your blood pressure will be. Coconut oil reverses atherosclerosis, diabetes, obesity and much more; so when it’s paired with these foods it can work wonders for you. Thanks be to God.

However in order to reverse high blood pressure and the aforementioned deadly diseases, you must begin to repair your veins from within, by tossing away all other cooking oils except for the tropical oils. Oils such as soybean oil, canola oil and olive oil and all other long chain fatty acids are causing damage to your blood, liver, pancreas and emotional well being. They destroy the vein linings from within; while robbing your body of oxygen molecules, aging you and causing leaky gut, sticky blood or other situations which can lead to cancer, leukemia or even aids. Amazingly taking the first step to eliminating all other cooking oils, but tropical oils,  will quickly bring you much needed relief for many different ailments. I prefer to cook in the coconut oil for the light taste and medium chain fatty acid content, the more coconut oil the better.

1. Straight stems indicate anti-inflammation.
2. Thick white areas indicate cancer prevention.
3. Pointy leaves indicate uric acid removal.
4  Lines in skins indicate high blood pressure relief.
5. Deep inset leaves indicates that celery fights halitosis.
6. Layered growth indicates digestion regulation.
7. Green color indicates growth to area (bones via calcium).
8. Circular growth indicates blood sugar regulation.


Note to self: The more coconut oil and coconut you eat, the faster your
cells  will work as designed by God, naturally in everlasting joy.
