I love to eat out, but I also enjoy cooking from scratch whenever I can. Cooking at home not only allows you to control the amount of salt and seasonings, it also gives you full knowledge of where your food came from.
A few DIY food projects on my list are: making caramel from a can of condensed milk, pickling my own pickles and mushrooms as well as making homemade cheese.
